Morten E. Astrup steps down from the Board of Directors of TK Development A/S

Morten E. Astrup, member of the Board of Directors, has decided to step down from the Company's Board of Directors following Storm Real Estate ASA's sale of its shareholding in TK Development A/S; see company announcement no. 5/2016. Morten E. Astrup will retire from the Board with effect from today.

Accordingly, the Board of Directors will be composed of five persons in future, and a decision will be made at the Company's Annual General Meeting in spring 2017 as to whether a new member should be elected to the Board.
