AFARAK GROUP HAS RECEIVED A REQUEST TO PRESENT A PLAN TO DELIST FROM HELSINKI STOCK EXCHANGE

15:15 London, 17:15 Helsinki, 4 December 2017 - Afarak Group Plc ("Afarak" or
"the Company") (LSE: AFRK, NASDAQ: AFAGR)

AFARAK GROUP HAS RECEIVED A REQUEST TO PRESENT A PLAN TO DELIST FROM HELSINKI
STOCK EXCHANGE

Afarak Group has received a request on the 4(th)December 2017 from Kermas
Resources Ltd, representing 26.90% of shares and voting rights, to convene an
extraordinary meeting of shareholders.

Kermas proposes, that the shareholders meeting would oblige the Board to present
a plan and time-line for an organised delisting process from the Finnish stock
exchange by the earliest practicable date.

The Board of Directors of Afarak Group will discuss the received letter of
request.
