AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) has issued 806,003 shares as a private placement in line with the Company's share purchase program for employees, as informed in the public announcement as of 12 October 2021. The subscription price is NOK 147.10 per share.

The share capital increase has increased the share capital in AFG ASA by NOK 40,300.15 to NOK 5,340,225. The total number of shares outstanding after this share capital increase is 106,804,500.
