Sells Betonmast Bergen

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed an agreement with Backe Gruppen to sell its subsidiary Betonmast Bergen AS.

Betonmast Bergen had a turnover in 2019 of NOK 288 million.

The parties have agreed to not disclose the price. The agreement is conditional upon approval by the competition authorities.
