AF Gruppen sells the remaining 50 % of BA Gjenvinning

AF Gruppen sold 50 % of its shares in BA Gjenvinning

AS in 2014 to Gunnar Holth Grusforretning AS. AF

Gruppen has today entered into an agreement to sell

the remaining 50 % of the shares in the company to

Gunnar Holth Grusforretning AS. Tore Thorstensen,

chairman of AF Gruppen ASA's board, and Kristian

Holth, deputy member of AF Gruppen ASA's board, are

both members of the board in Gunnar Holth

Grusforretning AS. Tore Thorstensen and Kristian Holth

did not participate in the board in AF Gruppen's

discussion of the sale. The transaction will not have

any additional effect on AF Gruppen's result.

BA Gjenvinning has 12 employees and revenues in 2015

were NOK 32 million.
