AF Gruppen has acquired site for development at Hasle in Oslo

AF Gruppen has acquired site for development at Hasle in Oslo

Reference is made to public announcement on 15 May

2014 regarding a letter of intent with Höegh Eiendom

for cooperation and development of commercial sites

in the grounds of Arcus's former production facility

at Hasle in Oslo.

The transaction has now been carried out and AF

Gruppen (AFG) has acquired 50 percent of the shares

in Hasle Linje Næring DA, a company which owns sites

that are planned developed into a total of 110,000

sqm gross area of commercial property. The

acquisition values the properties at NOK 600 million.
