Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), read with Schedule III Part A Para A (1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform you that Aequs Toys Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Aequs Limited ("the Company") has made a further investment of an amount of INR 4 Crores, in its wholly owned subsidiary, Koppal Toys Molding COE Private Limited, a step down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
In this regard, Koppal Toys Molding COE Private Limited has allotted 4,000,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Aequs Toys Private Limited on rights basis.
The details as required under Regulation 30(9) read with Part A, Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, as Annexure A.
