Director Shareholding

Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-traded live events agency, was informed on 19 February 2016 that on that date, Peter Litten, Deputy Chairman, transferred 1,681,250 ordinary shares in the Company to his civil partner Gary Fitzpatrick, Chief Executive Officer, for nil consideration.

Following the transfer, Mr. Litten and Mr. Fitzpatrick's interest in the Company remains unchanged and they continue to have an aggregate beneficial interest in a total of 3,426,500 ordinary shares representing 37.8 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, split as follows:
