Director/PDMR Shareholding

Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-traded live events agency, was informed on 27 March 2015 that on 26 March 2015 Mr. Michael Hale, Non-executive Chairman of the Company acquired 20,000 ordinary shares in Aeorema at an average price of 27.94p each.

Mr. Hale now has a beneficial interest in a total of 1,700,000 ordinary shares in Aeorema representing 18.78% of the issued share capital of the Company, 1,670,000 of which are held in the name of The Hale Agency Superannuation Fund, and 30,000 of which are held in his own name.
