Result of AGM
Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-traded live events agency, announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed. The resolution to seek authority to adopt new articles of association for the Company was not proposed at the AGM due to an administrative error in the notice of AGM, but will be proposed at a future date. The proxy votes received from shareholders on the resolutions proposed at the meeting are set out below.
