Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 13, 2021, the board of directors of Aehr Test Systems (the "Company"), upon recommendation from the compensation committee of the Company, approved an increase to the annual stock option grant to the Company's Chairman from 18,000 shares to 25,000 shares, and other non-employee directors from 10,000 shares to 15,000 shares.
