AEFFE SPA: CO-OPTATION OF A NEW NON-INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

San Giovanni in Marignano, 2nd April 2025. - The Board of Directors of Aeffe Spa, a company listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of Borsa Italiana, operates in the luxury sector, with a presence in the prêt-à-porter, footwear and leather goods division under renowned brand names such as Alberta Ferretti, Moschino, Pollini, announces that, following the resignation submitted by Giancarlo Galeone after the approval of the financial statements and consolidated financial statements, due to the intensification of his professional commitments and for personal reasons, the Board of Directors, with the favorable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors, has proceeded with the co-option of a new member, Mr. Marco Piazzi, who has gained significant and structured experience in the Group and is the General Manager of Pollini S.p.A. and Pollini Retail S.p.A.
