MATTEO SCARPELLINI APPOINTED CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OF AEFFE GROUP
San Giovanni in Marignano, 11 Juy 2022 - Aeffe Spa - a luxury company listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, which operates both in the prêt-à-porter sector and in the footwear and leather goods sector with well-known brands, including Alberta Ferretti, Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini, Moschino and Pollini - has appointed Mr Matteo Scarpellini as the new Group's Chief Financial Officer as of today, with responsibility for the Administration, Finance and Control areas. Subject to confirmation by the Board of Directors on 28 July, he will then assume the position of Executive responsible for preparing the Company's accounting documentation, held ad interim by the CEO Mr Simone Badioli since December 2021, as well as the role of Investor Relations Officer, previously held by Director Giancarlo Galeone.
Graduated in Business Administration from the University of Bologna, Scarpellini has a proven track record in administration, finance and control gained from experiences in listed companies. He joins the AEFFE Group after a brilliant ten-year career in the Trevi Group and several years in the Datalogic Group with roles of increasing responsibility.
As of today's date, to the best of the Company's knowledge, Mr. Scarpellini does not hold any ordinary shares of Aeffe S.p.A..
