Issue of options
ADVFN announces that it has today granted share options to its directors under a new 2014 ADVFN plc share option plan. As a result of the new option scheme, options have been granted to the directors as follows:

Under the new option plan, the earliest exercise date of the options is the first anniversary following the date of grant. The exercise price is £0.795, which represents the closing mid-market price of a share on 11 December 2014, being the dealing day immediately prior to the date of grant. The options will lapse on the tenth anniversary of the date of grant (or otherwise in accordance with the terms of the new share option plan).
In addition to the options granted today, the directors currently hold the following options as a result of previous grants made under an existing share option plan. The number of existing options (together with their respective exercise prices) have been adjusted in accordance with the share capital reduction as detailed in the circular posted on 4 August 2014 and are detailed below.
