The Company announces that, further to the announcement of 18 December 2015, it held a General Meeting that took place on Wednesday 28 January 2016.

The Company is pleased to announce that the resolution to receive and adopt the financial  statements and reports of the directors and auditors for the financial period ended 30 June 2015 was duly passed.‎
