Results of AGM

The Company announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions were duly passed.

In addition, the CEO of ADVFN, Clem Chambers, made the following statement:

"2015 will be an important year for ADVFN and the coming year holds significant opportunities to enhance shareholder value.

At the recent EGM, we restructured our equity and consequentially we have now reached a point where we can begin to present ourselves to a massive US investor base."
