BOARD CHANGES
Adavale Resources Limited ( ASX:ADD ) advises that it has accepted the resignation of Mr. Alan Armstrong as Director effective 7[th] July 2020.
Adavale Resources Limited is pleased to announce Mr. George Karantzias has been appointed as Non-Executive Director effective 7[th] July 2020.
George is a post graduate in accounting and finance with nearly 30 years’ experience in securities. Currently a director at Alpha Securities and previously Co-Chairman at Omgeo.
Adavale Resources Limited welcomes George and the expertise he brings to the board.
