With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that Adani Agri Logistics Limited (AALL), a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated a WOS namely, "Adani Agri Logistics (Darbhanga) Limited" ("AALDL") on 10th October, 2018.
