ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

In Appendix 4E released on 12 August 2015 it was indicated that the Annual General Meeting of LandMark White Limited was expected be held in Brisbane on 19 November 2015.

The Board of LandMark White Limited have now decided that the Annual General Meeting will instead be held in Sydney at 2:00pm at the offices of William Buck Chartered accountants Level 29, 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney on 19 November 2015. The notices of meeting will be sent to all shareholders in mid October 2015.
