Grant of Options

The Company announces that, on 15 July 2020, share options were granted to the directors as detailed below. 

The options have been granted under the Company's unapproved share option scheme.  The options have an exercise price of 0.65 pence per share being the mid-market price at the close of trading on 15 July 2020.  They vest immediately and are exercisable in whole or in part at any time in the next three years. Immediately prior to the grant, Mr Malde surrendered his historic share options (3,050,000 options over Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 2 pence per share at any until 3 October 2026).
