Actics CFO Jörgen Fritz leaves the company

Actics CFO Jörgen Fritz has today resigned and will leave the company at his own request. Jörgen Fritz, who is currently on sick leave, remains in the company until 1 July 2020. As previously communicated, Actic has hired Stephan Ebberyd as interim CFO in Jörgen Fritz's absence. Actic has initiated a recruitment process for a new CFO.
