Extension of Closing Dates

The Board of Noble Mineral Resources Limited ( Company ) wishes to advise that it has extended the closing dates of the Offers being made under the Prospectus dated 23 February 2016, to facilitate the receipt by the Company of all funds which are expected to be received.

The revised indicative timetable* of the Offers under the Prospectus is as follows:

Opening Date for the First Placement, Second Placement and Management Placement	23 February 2016
Closing Date for the First Placement and Management Placement	22 March 2016
Closing Date for the Second Placement	29 March 2016
Dispatch of holding statements	30 March 2016
Expected date for reinstatement of the Company to Official Quotation on ASX**	1 April 2016

*The Directors reserve the right to bring forward or extend the Closing Date at any time after the Opening Date without notice. As such, the date the Securities are expected to commence trading on ASX may vary with any change in the Closing Date.
