Closing of the Offers

The Board of Noble Mineral Resources Limited ( Company ) is pleased to advise that it has closed the Offers pursuant to the Prospectus lodged by the Company with ASIC and ASX on 23 February 2016, raising the maximum amount of $1,876,875.

Strong demand led to the Second Placement under the Prospectus being oversubscribed.

Securities under the Offers will be issued as soon as practicable by the Company.
