Noble Mineral Resources Limited – Activities Update

Further to the ASX announcements made on 6 and 13 August 2012, Noble Mineral Resources Limited (ASX:NMG) (the Company ) wishes to advise that discussions with the various key stakeholders regarding a potential capital raising and change of control transaction are still ongoing.

Accordingly, the Board is of the view that the Company's securities should remain in voluntary suspension until the conclusion of those discussions.

The Company anticipates that it will be able to lodge an announcement before open of trade on Monday, 10 September 2012. The Company will, however, provide the market with regular updates and, assuming the conclusion of the discussions with key stakeholders by Monday, 10 September 2012, will seek re-quotation of the Company's securities on that date.
