Resolute financing proposal
Noble Mineral Resources Limited (ASX: NMG) ("Noble" or the "Company") notes the announcement by Resolute Mining Limited (“Resolute”) regarding a financing proposal that has been provided to Noble by Resolute.
The Noble Board, together with its advisers, is currently assessing the Resolute proposal and will provide further information to Noble shareholders in due course.
