• 1. Considered and approved the proposal for alteration of Object Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company subject to the approval of Members of the Company and Registrar of Companies.
• 1. Taking note of Draft Postal Ballot Notice to be sent to eligible shareholders for their approval.
