Sub: Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”) - Change in Promoter of ACC Limited (“the Company”)
We refer to our letter dated May 15, 2022 wherein the Company had informed the Stock Exchanges regarding execution of Share Purchase Agreement with Endeavour Trade and Investment Ltd., a company belonging to the Adani Group, by the relevant subsidiary of Holcim Ltd for divesting their shareholding and control in the Company by way of transfer of 100% shareholding of Holderind Investments Limited to Endeavour Trade and Investment Ltd.
In view of the above, we wish to inform the revised shareholding pattern of the Promoters/ Promoter Group which is as under:
