On July 26, 2023, AC Immune SA (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Nuno Mendonça, MD. Effective October 1, 2023, Dr. Mendonça will join the Company as Chief Medical Officer and be appointed to the Executive Committee. Johannes Streffer, MD, currently Chief Medical Officer, will leave at the end of September. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 6-K.
