PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES

On 25 November 2025 the Company purchased 100,642 Ordinary Shares at a price of 495.2415 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

Following the transaction, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises:

53,906,716 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)
