abrdn UK Smaller Companies Growth Trust plc (the "Company") announces that its name has changed, with effect from 25 November 2025, to Aberdeen UK Smaller Companies Growth Trust plc. The change of name was approved by the Company's shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 20 November 2025, and the Company has received final approval from Companies House to effect the change. The Company will liaise with the FCA and the LSE to effect the name change on the Official List and for trading purposes as soon as practicable.

The Company's ticker, SEDOL and ISIN are unchanged.
