Milan, 10 November 2021 - AbitareIn S.p.A. (the "Company"), a Milan-based company leader in residential development, announces that today the Board of Directors of Homizy S.p.A. ("Homizy") - subsidiary company and Innovative START UP of the Group dedicated to the development of the new strategic business line of residential real estate renting through co-living solutions - has approved the operation of listing on the Euronext Growth Milan market, Professional Segment.

The product Homizy, so called "build to share", provides for the realization of buildings for rent with the innovative formula of co-living, with the aim of offering a housing solution of medium / long term, smart, quality, dynamic and economically sustainable for young workers who live or arrive in Milan.

The Homizy model has been designed and improved to fit more and more within that path of ecological transition that is involving the real estate sector, also as a result of new needs accelerated by the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. obtain the relevant certifications, thanks also to major investments that will reduce inefficiencies and management costs.

Homizy has already started the activities for the first two operations: these are two projects located east of the Città Studi district in Milan, which provide for the total construction of just under 600 rooms in about 150 shared apartments. The two projects are realized through the renovation of two existing buildings, thus reducing the use of resources as much as possible. The certification of the buildings and the pervasive use of technology make it possible to achieve very high levels of efficiency also in terms of management. In addition to the sharing of spaces within the individual apartments (kitchen and living room), the buildings will be equipped with several shared spaces available to co-residents, such as co-working spaces, fitness area, garden and rooftop equipped and environments for leisure and socialization.

The listing on the multilateral trading system Euronext Growth Milan - Professional Segment - will take place through a public offering (IPO) whose proceeds will be dedicated to support the development of the business. Please note that Homizy has already raised, in spring 2020, a first tranche of € 4.5 mln as initial endowment for the start-up phase of the project, with a post-money valuation of € 38.5 mln.

With the listing on Euronext Growth Milan, Homizy will move from the status of Innovative Start Up to the status of Innovative SME.

Homizy S.p.A. is assisted by Bestinver Securites SV S.A. as Global Coordinator and Euronext Growth Milan Advisor, LCA Studio Legale and law. Marco Starace as legal advisors in the listing procedure, BDO Italia S.p.A. as auditing company, Manuel Busalacchi for the fiscal due diligence and Emintad Italy S.r.l. as financial advisor for the listing project.

The Board of Directors of Homizy today decided to convene, within the terms of the law, the shareholders' meeting, in ordinary and extraordinary session, for the approval of the listing project and other related and consequent resolutions.
