ANNOUNCEMENT

Due to the Typhoon No. 8 which caused the closure of the office on Friday, 6th July 2001, the Company will require more time to gather information required for its second quarterly announcement. As such, the Board of Director’s (the “Board”) of abc Multiactive Limited (the “Company ) hereby announces that the meeting to be held at 1/F AON China Building, 29 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong on 9th July 2001 Monday at 3:30 pm will be postponed to 11th July 2001 Wednesday at 3:30 pm.
