CHANGE OF QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT

The board of directors (the “Board”) of the Company hereby announces that Mr. Billy Kin Wah Chan (“Mr. Chan”) is formally appointed as the new Qualified Accountant of the Company on 24th July, 2001 to replace Mr. Kelvin Wai Tak Yeung (“Mr. Yeung”). Mr. Yeung was previously appointed as the Qualified Accountant and resigned on 23rd July, 2001.

Mr. Chan is an associate member of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants, a CPA member of the CPA Australia, and a non-practising member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr Chan will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting and related matters of the Company.
