Out of 350000 shares, 80000 shares acquired on 5^th March, 2020 & related 10(6) submitted on 6^th March, 2020, 85000 shares acquired on 11^th March, 2020 & related 10(6) submitted on 12^th March, 2020, 90000 shares acquired on 16^th March, 2020 & related 10(6) submitted on 17^th March, 2020 & 95000 shares acquired on 19^th March, 2020 & related 10(6) submit on 20^th March, 2020.

The Acquirer & sellers are part of the promoter and promoter group. The aggregate shareholding of the promoter and promoter group prior to the transfers $\&$ after the transfers has remain unchanged.
