(##) Refer to intimation under Regulation $10(5)$ of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 ("Takeover Regulations") dated 26^th February, 2020. This quantum comprise only 90000 under item no. 7-C. Balance (350000-255000) 95000 under item no. 7-C yet to be transferred by the seller.

Out of 255000 shares, 80000 shares acquired on 5^th March, 2020 & related 10(6) submitted on 6^th March, 2020, 85000 shares acquired on 11^th March, 2020 & related 10(6) submitted on 12^th March, 2020, balance 90000 s

The Acquirer & sellers are part of the promoter and promoter group. The aggregate shareholding of the promoter and promoter group prior to the transfers & after the transfers has remain unchanged.
