This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29(1) (a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, the 26" day of May, 2023 at the Corporate Office of the Company at 40/8, Ballygunge Circular Road, Kolkata-700019, inter-alia, for the following purposes:

• 1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31% March, 2023 as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015;
• 1. To consider and approve the Audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended on 31 March, 2023;
• 1. Declaration of Dividend for the financial year 2022-23;
