Reg : Credit Rating by CARE.

Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the rating for Long Term credit facilities from the Bankers of the Company have been reviewed and reaffirmed the existing rating as CARE BBB- (Triple B Minus; Outlook: Revised from Stable to Negative) and for Short Term credit facilities have been reviewed and reaffirmed the existing rating as CARE A3 (A Three) by rating agencies, viz. CARE Ratings Limited, communicated vide their email.

Moreover, CARE has assigned CARE A3 (A Three) rating to new Short term Bank facilities availed by the Company during FY 2023-24.

The above has been communicated to the Company vide their email on £ August, 2023 evening. This may please be informed to the members of the Stock exchange and other concerned entities.
