In reference to your proposal to appoint us to act as Secretarial Auditor of your company for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2020-21. We hereby accord our consent to act as Secretarial Auditor as per section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 relating to Secretarial Audit of your Company.

Further, in pursuance of requirement of section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 and in Compliance of notifications and guidelines issued by Institute of Company Secretary of India, we hereby confirm that:
