Milano, 1° dicembre 2021 – Con riferimento al progetto di partnership previsto dal term sheet non vincolante sottoscritto tra A2A e Ardian in data 8 giugno 2021, annunciato mediante il comunicato stampa in pari data, si comunica che in data odierna A2A e Ardian hanno provveduto ad estendere il periodo di esclusiva dal 31 dicembre 2021 al 31 marzo 2022.

Milan, 1 December 2021 – With reference to the partnership project envisaged in the nonbinding term sheet signed between A2A and Ardian on 8 June 2021, announced by means of the press release of the same date, it is communicated that A2A and Ardian today extended the exclusivity period from 31 December 2021 to 31 March 2022.
