Milano, 28 aprile 2022 – In data odierna il Consiglio di Amministrazione, con il parere favorevole del Collegio Sindacale, ha deliberato di nominare, con decorrenza dal 1° maggio 2022, Fabio Luigi Colombo Dirigente preposto ad interim alla redazione dei documenti contabili societari ai sensi dell'art. 154-bis del D.lgs. 59/98.

Milan, April 28, 2022 – At a meeting today, the Board of Directors passed a resolution, with the favourable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors, to appoint, with effect from May 1, 2022, Mr Fabio Luigi Colombo as the manager ad interim in charge of the preparation of the corporate accounting documents, pursuant to Article 154-bis of Legislative Decree no. 59/98.
