Grant of Options

Dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading SaaS provider of an all-in-one customer experience and data platform (CXDP), announces it has granted a total of 2,533,175 options over ordinary shares of 0.5 pence in the Company (the "Options") to Directors of the business and to PDMRs, whom are listed below, pursuant to the Dotdigital Performance Share Plan 2017, as set out below.

The Options are exercisable subject to continued employment and hitting defined performance targets based on the Company's total shareholder return and earnings per share in the financial year ending 30 June 2028.

The Group has also granted a further 3,355,856 Options which have an exercise price of 66.6p, being the prevailing share price at the time of grant under the Company share option plan ('CSOP') to certain other non-PDMR employees of the business.

In total, these combined awards of Options represent 1.91% of the Company's total voting rights. Following this grant of Options, the total number of options outstanding in the Company is 13,975,907, representing 4.54% of the Company's total voting rights.
