Topic:An agreement regarding the availability of games in the Game Passsubscription

TheManagement Board of 11 bit studios S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") informs that the Company is finalizing anagreement with Microsoft Corporation, headquartered in Washington,United States of America ("Microsoft"), the subject of which is grantinga license for the availability of the game "Death Howl" and twocurrently distributed titles from the Company's publishing divisionwithin the Microsoft Game Pass subscription service.

Atthe same time, during the process of signing the agreement, the Companyreceived information that today, December 2, 2025, Microsoft will informusers through its communication channels about the inclusion of the game"Death Howl" in their subscription. The title will be available to GamePass PC users starting December 9, and to Game Pass Xbox users on theconsole version's release date.

Consequently,the Company decided to immediately inform the market about this via thepresent current report.

Theagreement will impact the Company's financial results in 2026.
