Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, 8Common Limited ACN 168 232 577 ( Company ) requests an immediate voluntary suspension in respect of its securities pending the release of an announcement relating to a material customer contract.
The Company requests that the voluntary suspension be effective immediately and remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 27 July 2021 or the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to the customer contract.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted, or of any other information available at this stage that is relevant to the suspension.
