The Company announces that it repurchased 63,915 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 1130.56 pence per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 110,958,569 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 170,675,341 The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
