EXTRAORDINARY INFORMATION ON SHAREHOLDER NOTIFICATION

Shopper Park Plus Plc. (seat: 1015 Budapest, Batthyány utca 3. fszt. 1., company registry number: 01- 10-140433, hereinafter: "Issuer") hereby informs public that according to the announcement of VIG Befektetési Alapkezelő Magyarország Zrt. (registered office: 1091 Budapest, Üllői út 1.; registry number: 01-10-044261) of 25 November 2025, VIG Befektetési Alapkezelő Magyarország Zrt. and the funds managed by it, acquired 898,090 ordinary shares within the capital increase and secondary public offering of the Issuer. Consequently, the voting rights of VIG Befektetési Alapkezelő Magyarország Zrt. (or the funds managed by it) in the Issuer will increase from 3,89% to 6.09% upon the crediting of the new shares issued within the capital increase (expected to be 2 December 2025), crossing the threshold of 5% mentioned in Subsection (3) of Section 61 of Act of CXX of 2001 on the Capital Markets.
