CANAL+ SA (LSE: CAN, the "Company"), the global media and entertainment company, announces that on 25 November 2025 it had purchased a total of 14,908 of its ordinary shares of €0.25 each (the "Ordinary Shares"), through the Company's broker Natixis, as detailed below. The repurchased Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury for the purposes of satisfying share awards to employees and corporate officers made under its share-based incentive plans.
