Torino, 3 novembre 2025 – BasicNet S.p.A. comunica, ai sensi dell'art. 127-quinquies del TUF e in applicazione di quanto previsto dallo statuto sociale, che in data 3 novembre 2025 ha avuto effetto la rinuncia di un azionista alla maggiorazione del diritto di voto relativamente a n. 300.000 azioni ordinarie BasicNet.

Nella seguente tabella sono riportati i dati relativi alle azioni in circolazione e al numero di diritti di voto costituenti il capitale sociale al 3 novembre 2025.

Turin, November 3rd, 2025 – On November 3rd, 2025 the waiver by a shareholder of the increased voting rights in relation to 300,000 BasicNet ordinary shares has taken effect, pursuant to art. 127-quinquies of the Consolidated Finance Act and in accordance with the articles of the association.
