Şirketimiz Kurumsal Yönetim İlkelerine Uyum Derecelendirme notu, 19 .09.2025 tarihi itibarıyla DRC DERECELENDİRME HİZMETLERİ AŞ tarafından, ağırlıklandırılmış dört ana başlık (Pay Sahipleri, Kamuyu Aydınlatma ve Şeffaflık, Menfaat Sahipleri, Yönetim Kurulu) altında yapılan değerlendirme sonucu; 9,39' dan 9,42' ye yükseltilmiştir.
Our company's Corporate Governance Compliance Rating, as of September 19, 2025, has been upgraded from 9.39 to 9.42 by DRC RATING SERVICES INC. based on an assessment conducted under four weighted main headings (Shareholders, Disclosure and Transparency, Stakeholders, Board of Directors).
In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall prevail.
