Changes in Fasadgruppen's group management
As of 1 November 2023, Fasadgruppen will implement a change in the organisational structure that affects the composition of the group management.
A new operational unit will bring together all geographical business areas and a number of central specialist functions that support the subsidiaries' operations.
Johan Claesson has been appointed Chief Operating Officer to lead the new unit. Johan is currently Business Area Manager for Fasadgruppen SouthWest and has been part of Fasadgruppen's group management since 2020. He has previously been Business Area Manager for façades and interiors at STO Scandinavia AB.
Martin Jacobsson, CEO of Fasadgruppen said: "The purpose of this organisational change is to increase efficiency in governance through a new operational unit that supports the subsidiaries, and a group management team focused on maximising value creation, particularly through capital allocation. I am pleased that Johan Claesson has chosen to accept the role as COO. He has been a central part of the growth journey for Fasadgruppen both in Sweden and Norway and is an appreciated leader internally."
As of 1 November 2023, Fasadgruppen's group management consists of CEO Martin Jacobsson, CFO Casper Tamm, Head of M&A Daniél Bergman, COO Johan Claesson and Head of Communications and Sustainability Adrian Westman.
