Şirketimiz tarafından yapılan başvuruya istinaden, Güney Kore menşeli "rulo halinde olmayan sıcak haddelenmiş yassı çelik" (kalın levha) ürününe yönelik bir damping soruşturması açılmıştır. 2 Nisan 2024 tarihli Resmi Gazete'de yayınlanan ve Ticaret Bakanlığı tarafından hazırlanan "İthalatta Haksız Rekabetin Önlenmesine İlişkin Tebliğ" kapsamında, damping soruşturması açılabilmesi için yeterli bilgi, belge ve delillerin bulunduğu anlaşıldığından, İthalatta Haksız Rekabeti Değerlendirme Kurulu'nun kararı ile Güney Kore menşeli başvuru konusu ürüne yönelik olarak bir damping soruşturması açılmasına karar verilmiştir.

Ayrıca 31 Ekim 2023 tarihli Resmi Gazete'de yayınlanan ve başvuruda bulunanlar arasında Şirketimiz ve bağlı ortaklığımız İskenderun Demir ve Çelik A.Ş.'nin de bulunduğu; Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti, Hindistan Cumhuriyeti, Japonya ve Rusya Federasyonu menşeli "sıcak haddelenmiş yassı çelik" ürününe yönelik damping soruşturmasına ilişkin süreç de devam etmekte olup, yıl içerisinde sonuçlanması beklenmektedir.

Based on the application made by our Company, a dumping investigation has been opened against the "hot rolled flat steel - not in coils" (heavy plate) product originating from South Korea. Within the scope of the "Communiqué on the Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports" published in the Official Gazette dated April 2, 2024 and prepared by the Ministry of Commerce, it has been understood that there is sufficient information, documents and evidence to open a dumping investigation. By the decision of the Unfair Competition Evaluation Board in Imports, it was decided to open a dumping investigation against the product subject to the application originating from South Korea.

In addition, the process published in the Official Gazette dated October 31, 2023, regarding the dumping investigation against the "hot rolled flat steel" product originating from the People's Republic of China, the Republic of India, Japan and the Russian Federation, where our Company and our subsidiary İskenderun Demir ve Çelik A.Ş. are among the applicants, continues. It is expected to be completed within the year.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
